I am passionate about health and fitness. Lately, I haven’t been on my workout routine like I should. With that said, I make sure I watch closely the foods I consume. The world is busy; we are always on the go. Sometimes we put our health on the backbench. One of my treatment plans for all my patients and as part of the preventative healthcare benchmark is I encourage them to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise daily and consume healthy foods.
Perhaps, if you can’t stay active, make sure you are making healthy food choices; some people do well consuming Whole Foods, others not so well because of food intolerance. Whatever the case may be, be sure to learn your body and know which healthy food choices to make. Drink lots of water, at least 6 to 8 cups a day. Cut out sugary drinks. Load up on vegetables if your gut will allow. Most importantly, do not worry and stress over things you don’t have control over. The Bible says in proverbs 17:22 that a joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
It would help if you were in good health to walk in destiny and purpose. You see, I can’t do without mentioning destiny and purpose. What is life on earth without knowing your purpose? Find yours if you don’t know it. I need to be in good health to function well in my profession so do you. make it a point that your health is at the forefront of your needs
Shalom
