You find peace in letting go. Sometimes letting go is difficult, but it is one of the best therapies you can ever give yourself.
When you let go, you glow and move differently.
I have come to realize that some of the reasons why people can’t let go are because of how vested they are in a person or a situation. Others can’t let go because of what they will lose, societal precepts, stigmatization, etc
I can attest that you will find peace when you let go and Let God. I am a living testimony. Matthew 11:28 says, Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavily laden, and I will give you rest. I was pretty familiar with this scripture in a particular season of my life. Sadly, I couldn’t apply it sooner to save my life.
When I finally was graced to apply this, the chains and shackles started falling off, and it has thus far been one of the best experiences of my life. The peace that has come with this act of letting go is more than what I could ever ask for
Letting go does not happen in a twinkle of an eye, it can be hard to do, but it is indeed worth it. If perhaps you are struggling in this area, pray that God will grace you with the ability and strength to let go completely and let him.
Shalom,
Imani

Thank you Aunty Tania
Grace is multiplied! Only God gives the grace and strength in the fiercest battle but we need to lay it at His feet first!
Awesome piece, Dubea!
