Are You An Effective Listener

I came across a post recently which said leaders who do not listen would eventually be surrounded by people who have nothing to say.

I was in a season of my life where I stopped talking. I stopped talking not because I didn't have anything to say; anyone who knows me knows that I am quiet, but I carry on lengthy conversations with close folks, when I am incredibly passionate about the topic.

Communication can be severed if people don't listen; what happens is, eventually, there will be no communication. Sometimes all you want is for someone to give a listening ear. Make it a point today to be a good listener.
